Join us at Disability Rights Montana on Tuesday, Janary 30th for this informative and engaging presentation!

Please Join Us on January 30th, 2024 at Disability Rights Montana for this FREE presentation and reception, sponsored by the Drake Law Firm. Marsha will present the same presentation twice, once from 3:00-5:00 PM and once from 6:00-8:00 PM. Seating is limited and does require a ticket reservation.

During Marsha’s interactive and entertaining Wildflower Reflections: Families, Legacies and Estate Planning you will learn the impact of how the title on property impacts who received it when you die. You will discover when a will or a trust has control over your property and when neither one does. You will discover how you can avoid probate fees with POD designations, TODs registrations and beneficiary deeds. Dr. Goetting will also highlight a Montana statue that allows you to distribute items that do not have a title; estate planning aspects of common law marriages; and how testamentary trusts can be used to protect minors.
